Things to remember!

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Never burn for more than 3-4 hours at any given time.

Always trim your wick 1/4" between burnings for a cleaner flame.

Pull out any large crystals prior to burning to avoid uneven flame.

Why is my candle frosting on the sides?

Frosting  of natural soy wax is caused by tiny crystals as the wax hardens. It does not in any way affect the way your candle burns.

What is fragrance throw?

It is the ability of a fragrance in a medium (soy wax) to disperse throughout the ambient environment. Heat (candle flame) usually diffuses this fragrance. Some of our scents are subtle and some are stronger in our candle line.

Why is my candle "pulling away" from the jar?

It looks like a wet spot on the side of the jar, but it really isn't. These spots are caused by shrinkage and air as the wax cools. Once the candle is heated up the space will fill in naturally.

Any other candle questions that are burning? Please forward them to me and I will do my best to answer! Thank you for your support. We appreciate all of you.
